Trouble with your student loans?
Paying off your student loans can be a challenge but we’re here to help. Don’t get caught up in false promises and misinformation that is often times provided by our competitors. We’re here to make sure you fully understand the available options to you on your student loans.
Step 1: Loan Assessment & Financial Analysis
The initial phases of getting your loans in the appropriate program is learning what loans you actually have, what statuses they’re in and what kind of programs you’re eligible for based on several factors. We will go through a thorough financial analysis with you to get a clear picture of what route would be most beneficial for you and your financial goals.
Step 2: Program Overview
Now that we’ve identified your loan types, it’s time to dig in. Your advisor will go over each of the repayment and forgiveness programs you are eligible for based on your income, household size and what you do for work and discuss the ones that may suit you best based on the information you’ve provided about how your loans are affecting you financially.
Step 3: Selection Process
Your advisor is here to help provide you with all of the options available to you and educate you on how they work long term. However, we are only here to make recommendations. We will walk you through the selection process and begin the initial steps toward your enrollment into the program of your choice.
Step 4: Expectation Setting
Now that you’ve selected the repayment or forgiveness program that will work best for you, it’s time to go through your quality assurance recording and supporting documentation requirements. Once your file is submitted internally, our underwriting team takes a final look at your file to make sure no important information was missed.
Step 5: Results & Delivery
Our processing team is now ready to complete the necessary documentation required for your successful enrollment into the program of your choice. We will keep you updated throughout the process via email, phone call and text message and keep an open line of communication open so you’re aware of the progress being made.

Former Everest College Student
“Before I started working for Centerpointe, I was actually a client. I went to Everest College and was a victim of their school closure. Now, don’t get me wrong, the amount of money that I owed wasn’t very much but I just didn’t feel like it was right for me to have to pay back loans that I didn’t benefit from. I never got to finish, none of my credits were transferable and the school claimed to be accredited when it wasn’t. Centerpointe’s office was in my local area so I contacted them and they were able to get my documents for the school closure discharge done for me so when I saw the following year that they were hiring, it made it easy for me to make the decision to join their team. I’m glad that they chose me because I am able to tell people first hand that Centerpointe Lending Student Loan Services is the real deal. It feels good being able to help people accomplish the same things that I did and know that I’m working for a company that does the right thing.”
